Jason brings over 15 years of experience in the Property Management industry, with a strong background in the successful operation and leadership of residential properties. He is deeply committed to resident satisfaction and takes pride in creating a welcoming, connected community within each property he manages. Jason is known for the energy and dedication he brings to his work, both in serving residents and supporting his team. He invests in the growth and success of his employees, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

Jason holds the Certified Leasing Professional (CALP) and Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) designations from the National Apartment Association. Jason is also a Notary Public in the State of Kansas.

Jason is an active member of both the National Apartment Association and the Apartment Association of Kansas City.

 Jason currently resides in Lawrence, Kansas, with his fiancé, Emilio, and their three beloved dogs—Bea, Yona, and Fifi.
